PATHWAY TO THE NFL AND POST-COLLEGIATE OPPORTUNITIES

The reality is that the likelihood of securing a position on an NFL roster after college is extremely limited. Currently, the probability of progressing from the NCAA to the NFL stands at approximately 1.6%. On average, only one punter is selected in the NFL Draft each year, with another occasionally picked up through Undrafted Free Agency.

To put this into perspective: the NFL consists of 32 teams, each of which typically carries only one punter on its 53-man active roster. However, for those who do break through, the role can offer substantial longevity—punters who prove their reliability and consistency may enjoy careers spanning 15 years or more.

Should you excel during your collegiate career—as we fully expect—you can be assured that we will support you throughout the journey. This includes providing personalised training and facilitating connections with reputable NFL agents who are best suited to represent your professional aspirations.

Beyond football, collegiate programs work closely with graduating athletes to leverage professional networks and assist in securing employment aligned with their academic background and interests. International students who complete two or more years of full-time study at a U.S. institution are eligible for Optional Practical Training (OPT), which allows them to remain in the country and work full-time in their field for a designated period

Following the completion of OPT, Australian citizens are uniquely positioned to apply for the E3 Visa—a specialty visa permitting Australians to live and work in the United States on a renewable two-year basis. Previous students we have worked with have successfully pursued this path, securing roles with globally renowned organisations such as EY, Stryker, and KPMG, as well as within leading firms across industries including architecture, kinesiology, and media.

Alternatively, students may choose to return to Australia, where their U.S. degree and international experience provide a competitive edge in the job market over their domestic peers.
